Physical Therapy + Spiritual Wellness
Asha earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018 from the University of St. Augustine Health and Sciences. Her aspiration to blend East and West in health and medicine came to fruition after she graduated, as she furthered her study in obstetrics and women’s health while also performing various bhakti-yoga (yoga of loving devotional service) events and programs in public and private venues. She has combined physical therapy with her background in spiritual wellness and consciousness to offer her patients the most well-rounded, holistic experience to achieve their functional independence and movement goals. Moreover, she provides a spiritual foundation needed to assist in lifestyle changes to foster health and healthful behaviors, not dis-ease.
Furthering her love as a DPT, Asha is pursuing her board certification in Lifestyle Medicine, which is an evidenced based approach integrating therapeutic lifestyle interventions (including a wholefood plant-based diet) to treat chronic conditions.

Who Are You and How Can We Help?
Are you:
- A busy person who can’t imagine taking hours out of your day to travel to another appointment outside of your work or home life?
- In pain and tired of taking opioid medications to “mask and manage” your pain?
- Looking to find the root cause of your pain and/or dysfunction?
- Anxious to return to the life you love after an injury or surgery?
- Willing to be an active participant in your care and overall health?

Our Philosophy… Raising the Vibration of Health
The best quality patient care is looking beyond the medical diagnosis and getting to know the patient as a whole, as a person and most especially, as a spiritual being. This paradigm shift from \”sickcare\” to healthcare is what we strive for at SoulRise PT. In our clinic, we pride ourselves on empathetic, high quality patient-centered care and healing, direct 1:1 treatment with your PT for 1 full hour, and empowering patients to be their own hero and spiritual warrior, the driver of their own health. We utilize effective hands-on techniques, including manual therapy and Usui Reiki, guided by lifestyle medicine and spiritual wellness, offering you the most comprehensive, holistic experience possible. This experience provides you with the most complete and lasting return to the active lifestyle you desire. We care about YOU as a whole person and will ensure you gain the most from your time with us, because YOU are worth it.

What Our Clients Say

I met Dr. Smith after a year of receiving physical therapy without receiving any relief. What sets Dr. Smith apart from other DPTs I have visited: patience and communication! She takes her time with patients and listens to search for the most effective solutions. I would recommend Dr. Smith to anyone with pain or mobility concerns!

For 26 years I have received treatment quite a number of times from various physical therapists. Asha is one of the best physical therapists I ever had. Her intelligence, manner, PT treatment and strategies as well as her deep level of compassion truly helped me to heal. One would be very lucky to have Asha oversee them for physical therapy.

Asha conducted my rehab from knee replacement surgery in a caring, motivating manner. Her treatment plan was challenging but achievable and the results were excellent. I was able to meet every goal on or before the projected timetable, with Asha’s professional assistance and treatment. My range of motion matched or exceeds my pre-op status. Even her attention and treatment of the surgical scar was excellent and helped minimize the scar. Asha is a professional therapist who knows the perfect mix of empathy and motivation to get excellent results.

I met Asha a few years back when I was having sciatic nerve pain. She was able to give me some simple exercises and stretches that relieved the pain that I was having. Every time I came in she would greet me with a smile and ask for an update on how I was feeling. Since then, I’ve come back to see her twice for different issues, my most recent time being for my lower back. She is an absolutely amazing PT and has always been able to get rid of my pain. I would recommend her to anyone that needs a good PT.

After going to two chiropractors that did not help with my back problems, I was referred to Dr. Pandey by my primary care provider. During my sessions with her, it has been a very good experience. I came to her not being able to walk 50 feet without having to stop because of pain. Now I feel much stronger, I can play with the kids and do many things I could not do before. Dr. Pandey has been a life saver, her knowledge and techniques used to correct my pain was outstanding. I would recommend Dr. Pandey to anyone with a need of Physical Therapy. Thank you, Ernest
